2. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Personal data provided through the Website contact form (name and email address) will be processed for the following purposes:

Responding to and managing enquiries or information requests submitted by the user.

The legal basis for processing is the user’s consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), freely given when submitting the form. Submitting data constitutes the user’s express authorisation for it to be incorporated into the corresponding processing activities.
The data requested is adequate, relevant and strictly necessary for the stated purposes. Users are not obliged to provide it, but failure to supply mandatory fields will mean the request cannot be processed.
